Gareth Brownbill

Gareth was born in Liverpool, but has now lived in the south for a number of years. He developed a taste for performing after he joined the Stage ’65 Youth Theatre Group in Salisbury. It was also here that he first got involved in creating shows, helping to devise Creation Incorporated, a dark satire, and About Face, a mask show that toured to Bucharest.

Gareth went on to train at the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, but he’s concentrated more on writing in recent years. His one-act play, The Flat Next Door, was produced as part of their Shorts II showcase by Pitchy Breath Theatre Company at The Hawth Studio in Crawley. He is currently rewriting the play as an audio script. He is also the author of a collection of short stories: Ghosts, Kebabs & Random Musings, available from www.lulu.com. The collection can be downloaded (for nothing), or purchased as a paperback (for next to nothing).

Turning The Tide is his first audio play, and he hopes you enjoy it. If you do, please tell your friends about it.
